TERMS OF DELIVERY

– Delivery in Lithuania is free of charge for orders of more than 60 Euro. In another case delivery in Lithuania costs 5 Euro.
– Shipping to other countries is free of charge for orders of more than 400 Euro. For lower orders the shipping costs 15 Euro.
Please make sure that the delivery address you indicated is correct.
Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail after placing any order.
Delivery time starts to count from the confirmation of order and may take 1 to 5 working days.
Custom orders execution may take 10 to 25 working days.
The customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local fees applicable in your country.
After the ordered products are sent, the final confirmation letter is sent via e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received (s), you have the right to return the item (s). The customer pays for the return. Order return period is up to 14 calendar days, starting from the shipment receiving date. The returnable items must be unworn, in their original packaging, preserved in primary condition, with original labels attached and must be sent together with filled “Return form”. The receipt of returnable items is confirmed by e-mail. The reimbursement is enacted in 5 days from KAŽKADA after our confirmation of returned items acceptance. The customer is responsible for the delivery and insurance of returnable items until they are shipped to UAB “SILTA MADA”.

ORDER CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Department on +370 650 22646 or via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact us by phone, please be ready to quote your order number. Also, if you contact us by email or post, please make sure that you include your order number in the email/letter.
We try to dispatch all orders as indicated in your „Order Confirmation“
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our item(s), you can get a refund by returning the item(s) to our warehouse within 14 days after the delivery. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. We refund only price of the item (we don’t refund shipping expenses).
The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. The balance will be refunded to your account within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the SILTA MADA doors. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

In case you would like to cancel the order, please inform us by e-mail email@example.com within 3 hours after your order has been placed. Your funds will be returned by using the same payment tools as your payment was done within 1 working day.
